Shortlands Computing takes data protection and security very seriously. To be more specific, information is held on secure, firewalled servers or using large industry leading companies for services including Microsoft, Amazon and Google. All data is password protected using complex passwords and two-factor authentication is used where possible. Backups are taken daily and replicated to locations independent from the service being protected. Like any organisation, Shortlands Computing is not immune from attack, but our customers can be confident security is an extremely high priority and is reviewed regularly.
